The Notch was founded over 30 years ago by engineer and interior designer Amr Elkhoudary. The name speaks to precision — the notch is that exact point where two elements meet perfectly, where craft and form lock into place. It's a principle that has guided every piece we've made since the beginning.

We design and manufacture our furniture entirely in Egypt, using the finest locally sourced hardwoods and metals. Every piece is built by hand with the kind of care that only comes from three decades of mastery. From a single statement table to a fully furnished home, hotel, or commercial space, we bring the same commitment to quality to every project we take on.

Beyond our ready-made collection, we offer fully bespoke custom pieces and complete interior design services — because we believe your space should be entirely your own. At The Notch, we don't sell furniture. We build environments that reflect who you are.
