Because every piece at The Notch is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — meaning a fault in materials or craftsmanship that occurred during production — we will make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue, and our team will assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.

We take great pride in the quality of everything we make. If it leaves our workshop with a defect, that's on us.
