Payment Terms

At The Notch, every piece is crafted to order — which means your payment helps us begin production on something made specifically for you.

Deposit & Balance

A deposit of 70% of the total order value is required to confirm your order and initiate production. The remaining 30% is due one week before your scheduled delivery date. Production will not begin until the deposit is received, and delivery will not be arranged until the full balance is settled.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment through all major methods available at checkout, including credit and debit cards processed securely via Shopify. We also accept direct bank transfers — please contact us to receive our bank details if you prefer this option.

Production & Lead Time

Please note that all items require approximately 2–3 weeks to produce after the deposit is confirmed. Your delivery date will be scheduled once your order is complete and your final payment has been received.

Custom Orders

For fully custom or bespoke pieces, the same payment terms apply. All custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as each piece is made exclusively to your specifications.
